This Privacy Policy explains how AbraClean Window Cleaning ("we", "us") handles personal information when you contact us or use this website. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

• Enquiry details you send us through the contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
• Basic technical information when you interact with the site: the page you were on, the referring website, and your browser's user-agent string. This is used only to understand which parts of the site lead to enquiries.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not ask for special-category data.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote (our legitimate interest in responding to you).
• To arrange and deliver the cleaning service you request (performance of a contract).
• To keep basic anonymous statistics about how the site is used (legitimate interest).

How your data is protected

• The website is served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
• Enquiries are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Records are write-only from the website: the public site can submit an enquiry but cannot read, edit or delete any stored enquiry.
• Only the business owner can access stored enquiries, through an authenticated admin console.
• Enquiry length and format are validated before storage to guard against abuse.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the small amount of data we hold.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, including our website hosting and database provider and the form-delivery service that emails your enquiry to us. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to keep a record of work carried out, and are deleted when no longer required. Technical usage records are kept for a short period only.

Your rights
