Terms of Service

These terms apply to cleaning work carried out by AbraClean Window Cleaning and to your use of this website.

Quotes and bookings

• Quotes are free and given without obligation, based on the information you provide.
• If conditions on site differ significantly from what was described, we will discuss the price with you before starting work.
• A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date with you by phone, email or message.

Our work

• We carry out work with reasonable skill and care, using pure-water and pressure-washing equipment as appropriate.
• We are fully insured for the services we provide.
• Please ensure safe access to the areas being cleaned, including gates, side access and any parking needed for equipment.
• Some staining, hard-water marks, damaged seals, paint spatter or scratches cannot be removed by cleaning. We will point these out where we notice them.
• We may decline or stop work where it cannot be carried out safely, for example in high winds or where access is unsafe.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in advance. Prices quoted include all labour, equipment and water unless stated.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Bad weather may mean we reschedule your visit; we will contact you to arrange the next suitable date.

Problems and liability

If you are not happy with the work, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right where reasonable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the cost of the work carried out.
